These residences are ideal for anyone wishing to own a luxury property in the mountains, either as a primary or secondary residence.

Each apartment has a large cellar which will be equipped with ski lockers for 4 people (with heating for shoes) and a wine cabinet for about 170 bottles. A washing column will be installed for each lot that does not have a cabinet for the machines or a laundry room in the apartment.

Situation

This promotion is located in the municipality of Saanen, not far from the tourist resort of Gstaad. This beautiful village is situated 150 km from Geneva airport and 200 km from Zürich, halfway between Bulle and Thun.

Recently totally redeveloped as a pedestrian zone, the center of this village is extremely convivial and inviting, enjoy strolling through its lanes and discovering the variety of shopping on offer.

Municipality

Saanen (1,010 m above sea level) the historical heart of the Saanenland, is one of the most beautiful chalet villages in the Bernese Oberland. The village is listed amongst the townscapes of Switzerland most worthy of protection. Tradition, handicrafts and a rich history give Saanen its special charm.

Public transport

The MOB, a charming tourist railway, takes you to Zweisimmen in less than 30 minutes. You will also reach Montreux and its quays in just 80 min. In the near future Montreux will be connect to Lucerne without the need to change trains. The postal buses serve the neighbouring villages as well as the various ski lifts, including Glacier 3000 at Les Diablerets. Additionally, Saanen has an airfield that can accommodate helicopters and private jets.

Leisure time

In the Pays d'Enhaut and the Saanenland, numerous activities are available throughout the year :

As soon as the first snow falls, the 220 km of ski slopes in the region of Gstaad Mountain Rides are prepared for you. Enjoy the wonderful conditions from December to May, day and night (certain slopes are open for night skiing and torchlight descents). If you prefer not to ski/snowboard, there is also the possibility of sledding down. There is a variety of cross country ski circuits both for classic and skating throughout the region, notably the well known Col des Mosses only a few minutes drive away, or you can get close to nature on your snowshoes. Two open air ice skating rinks, one in Château-d'Oex and the other in Gstaad will delight those who love the ice.

As soon as the snow melts our countryside offers magnificient walks in the majestic surrounding. For the more daring a Via Ferrata at 2000m with three levels of difficulty is just 5 minutes drive away.
Paragliding is another popular activity in the area and the Sarine river running the length of the valley welcomes rafters and canyoners from the spring time.
Other activities available to our residents include minigolf, swimming pools, football pitch, tennis courts, horse riding and bowling.

When the weather is gloomy, discover the Museum der Landschaft Saanen, the Menuhin Center, the Balloon Museum, the Museum of Old Pays-d'Enhaut or the Museum of Minerals and Fossils. At only 30 minutes drive away, discover the castle and the village of Gruyères, the chocolate factory of Broc as well as the thermal baths of Charmey.
